The Bury Vegan Market takes over Mill Gate Square, right in the centre of the town and next to the incredibly popular Bury Market, on just one day each year. The event brings together up to 20 stalls including a huge variety of vegan street food vendors, artisan bakers, craft brewers, ethical jewellers, sustainable chandlers, local artists, zero-waste champions, environmental charities and loads more.
