Vegan Açaí Bowl Recipe

This nutritious açaí bowl recipe makes a delicious breakfast to help cool you down in the hot summer heat. Açaí berries are a great source of antioxidants and fiber, and when blended with other fruits and toppings, you're guaranteed a satisfying and tasty meal. Ingredients 1tbsp açaí berry powder 1 large handful of frozen fruit such as bananas or berries

Toppings of your choice (we love fresh fruit, desiccated coconut, granola and peanut butter)


Put the açaí powder, frozen fruit and 100ml of water into a blender. Blitz until smooth, then pour into a bowl and add your choice of toppings. Enjoy with different toppings throughout the week or use up any leftover fruit!
