The Bishop's Stortford Vegan Market takes over North Street, right in the heart of the town and where the artisan market takes place, on just one day each year. The event brings together up to 20 stalls including an incredible selection of vegan street food vendors, artisan bakers, ethical jewellers, environmental charities and more.
