Vegan Hot Chocolate Recipe

As Autumn approaches, there's no better way to settle in for the night than with a delicious mug of warm hot chocolate! This is a super simple recipe which can be easily adapted to suit your taste. Serves 2 Ingredients 500ml oat milk 100g vegan chocolate (finely chopped) pinch of cinnamon (optional) vegan marshmallows (to serve)


  1. Add all ingredients except the marshmallows to a small pan over a low heat. Stir frequently until the chocolate has melted.

  2. Separate the mixture into mugs, add your marshmallows or any other toppings and serve.

Notes 1. You can use a whisk to stir everything together, creating a light and airy drink.

2. If you have a sweet tooth, you can add syrup or vegan whipped cream!

3. We use oat milk because it's creamy, but you could use almond milk or coconut.
