The Leeds Kirkgate Vegan Market takes over the Market Kitchen, right in the heart of the famous city centre Kirkgate Market, on just two Saturdays throughout the year. The event features up to 30 stalls including a huge variety of artisan bakers, craft brewers, ethical jewellers, sustainable chandlers, local artists, zero-waste champions, environmental charities and loads more.

 

Leeds has an enthusiastic and thriving vegan and foodie community combined with a large student population which means plenty of footfall. The Kirkgate Market is also a pillar of Leeds City Centre and is a well known market destination which sees huge footfall on Saturdays. On top of that, the Market Kitchen also features many street food vendors and lots of seating which creates a perfect Saturday lunchtime atmosphere.
