Beth and Mike, a brother/sister team from North London started building a range of vegan cheeses just over a year ago that you won't believe aren't dairy!
Their two main products are the best sellers at the UKs only vegan cheese mongerer, La Fauxmagerie, in Shoreditch. Given them a try today :)
Shamembert: Our signature camembert alternative is matured, with the authentic white bloom mould. It is infused with white truffle oil to give it earthy, mushroom notes. You can eat this in a sandwich, on crackers, in a sandwich, or even bake it up - it's great to have melted!
Veganzola: Our first product, a creamy blue cheese, similar to a dolchelatte. it's matured for several weeks to develop it's authentic veins. Great as part of a cheese board, in a fresh summer salad, or melted on a pizza.
Instaeddah Cheddah: soft, spreadable cheese with a mature cheddah taste, developed over a short fermentation period.
Porcini spread: Our cultured cashew nut spread infused with Porcini mushrooms.
