Buonissima started off in the English market as the first Company that used exclusively 100% Italian product mixed with hemp, vegan and bio. All the products are selected and tasted by our staff. Our aim is to mix them with hemp flour and to bring a new and unique product into the market.

The pasta is produced in Italy and imported in the UK. The pasta is dried at a constant temperature below 60 degrees centigrade for a good quality and a better taste and left resting slowly for about 36/48 hours.

Very important, buonissima pasta is drawn using bronze machines which is the fine tools that translate all the imagination and ideas into wonderful types of pasta, both long and short.
The resulting extremely high quality pasta has a roughness and porosity, given by the very structure of the bronze holes, that ensures all the flavour and colour of the chosen sauce is captured when tossed in the pan.
